They forgot a taco in the previous visit. All of this while ordering in the drive thru. I otdered thru the speaker and had to repeat my order item by item in the window to find out what they missed after getting home. This place needs seriously to overkook the staff.

I had to tell another worker to hand me my food. So sad to see such bad customer service in this climate. But, then again, who else would hire her.

We finally got the code to use the restroom which did not have any soap. When we went to follow up on our order if it was ready, the attendant ust walked by as if we did not exist. It wasn't until my lady friend actually had to wave her hand to get the attention of somebody coming from the back room. It was only then that some lady took 10 seconds to gather what we order and to put in a bag into us.
