The quality of my chicken guacamole burrito differed significantly for all the other pollo locos I’ve been to. There was only a little bit of chicken in my burrito and it was towards the end of it. I almost thought they did not put any chicken in it. The chips were stale. A previous customer had to ask for chicken in his double pollo salad as it was forgotten. Another lady had to ask for more chicken in her chicken tostada salad and it barely had anything. Employees didn’t seem to take any pride in their work.
