- NRNet RyderOct 24, 20253.0Not sure why, but everytime I come by here after work which is around 9:30 or 9:45pm. The drive-thru is freakin long. The movement to the order window is super slow. I mean why, it literally takes me 25 to 35 minutes to go thru. And a few times, i get told "ooh we ran out of that. Would you like something else". Who runs out of broccoli 🥦 or rice or pico de gallo. I know it's late, and the restaurant is about to close, but unfortunately some of us can not arrive sooner. I truly enjoy Pollo Loco, but come on. Keep the grills hot and enough products for us late night working scragglers. Sincerely, Loyal customer
