Einstein features a nice variety of delicious flavors and are baked fresh on the premises early in the mornings as well as throughout the day ready to enjoy with their whipped cream cheese shmear.They make really delicious bagel breakfast sandwiches like the one I tried which was their "maplehouse" bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon,ham,egg,cheddar,honey almond schmear and on their French toast gourmet bagel-every bite was delicious! They also great coffee drinks-hot or cold to compliment your bagels as well! The servers were friendly and the restaurant was comfortable and sparkling clean.
