  Me encanta Dutch Bros Coffee, lo conocí cuando iba rumbo a Sacramento por el frwy 99. Hay varios, lástima que aquí en Los Angeles sólo hay uno. Así que vengo seguido agarrar mi coffee, aunque de todos modos esta lejos de donde vivo.

  Literally stood in line for a while just to find out this is not a full menu location. Why make it a big deal that there's finally a Dutch Bros. in L.A. when the menu is limited? Do better Dutch Bros. I was not expecting this. If anyone out there sees something they want to try on their website, you might want to call this location first before wasting time waiting to reach the window.

  You will wait forever to get your order. And then the barista will call you up and waste your time even more because the drink isn't even ready yet. I tried ordering through mobile too thinking it'd be quicker and 30 minutes AFTER the pickup time it still wasn't even ready.

  ‼️Disappointing Experience at this Dutch Bros‼️ I have to say, that this is one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. The speed of service here is incredibly slow, and unfortunately, that’s not the only issue. Whether you order in person or online, the service remains consistently terrible. I found myself waiting over 30 minutes just for a drink, which is completely unacceptable. What’s even more concerning is the noticeable lack of customer service; the employees seem unwelcoming and indifferent to the long wait times. To make matters worse, I observed staff members casually slipping their fingers inside the drinks, whether it was intentional or accidental. This kind of hygiene lapse is alarming, and it greatly diminishes my trust in the establishment. Overall, my experience was deeply disappointing. Given the slow service and lack of professionalism, I certainly won’t be returning to Dutch bros there are plenty of other places that value their customers and provide the level of service we all deserve. Avoid‼️avoid‼️avoid‼️

  First Los Angeles Dutch Bros location. Unlike other Dutch Bros locations, this location is walk-up only (no drive thru), with limited seating outdoor (no tables or seating indoor). There is free parking available in the parking garage attached to the building for up to 45 minutes. You will need to swipe your credit card to enter the parking garage and swipe the same credit card when you exit. Some limited paid parking in the street, but usually very crowded with USC students. The most disappointing thing about this location was the wait time. I ordered ahead on the app and the app stated that my order would be ready by certain time, but when I walked up to the pick up window, not only was my order not ready, they were unable to confirm the ETA on how long my order would actually take before it was ready. I ended up waiting 20 minutes on top of my “order wait time”. They need to work on the accuracy of the “order ready time” on their app. I still recommend ordering ahead on their app, but add about 20 minutes on top of the “order ready time” showing on your app before you head up to the order pick up window, because they will tell you that your order is still “in the works” without an ETA. All in all, good coffee addition to LA, but not sure if it’s worth waiting 30+ minutes for a coffee.
