  Really frustrating that they won't take your order and instead force you to use the terrible kiosks which never have all of their donut options on them.

  20 minutes for 1 large hot coffee! Clearly no system in place as orders were being filled but not given out. Just stacking up and getting cold. Been here twice. Same results.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I went into this location to grab a donut and a coffee and to use the bathroom. After inputting my order on the computer it took the employees 10 minutes to greet me. I asked to use the bathroom and was told no because they were about to close in 13 minutes and they didn't want to clean the bathroom all over again. He then told me there's other places I could use the bathroom. I immediately asked for a refund and since this is the 3rd incident at this location I will never walk in there again

  4 times out of 5, mobile ordering is quick and easy. Most of the employees I’ve interacted with here are nice and do a good job. Unfortunately, this last Saturday morning 12/13/2025 close to 10:30, the two employees at the front might as well have been robots. I’ve never stood at the counter waiting for someone who is 5 feet away to even acknowledge a customer, let alone another human being… I understand that it was a busy morning and I did see one of the two making a ton of drinks. The other one? Walking around just putting stickers on drinks and setting drinks on the mobile order rack. Both of you should be ashamed of yourselves for that behavior… No customer should be ignored and left to stand there like an idiot. I stood there for 10 minutes without either employee telling me “We’ll be with you soon” or even a “Hello” or even hardly making eye contact! Right as I first walked into the store, one of the employees was finishing helping a customer at the front, so I figured it wouldn’t take too long to get my order in… Wrong. After the employee helped the customer, I walked up and the employee walked over to do something by the mobile order counter, 5 minutes later she walked over (just a few feet from the checkout counter) and starts putting stickers on drinks, then proceeds to walk back to the mobile order counter. Both employees know I’m standing at the counter by this time, the guy making drinks looked at me side eyed but didn’t say anything, and the lady acted like she was in another world. Why work customer service if you don’t have the capacity to treat other human beings with decency? I had my wife and infant daughter in the car waiting for me, so I just left empty handed after 10 minutes of playing the invisible man. If you order anything, just do mobile order and save yourself the time and depression.
