  Unhappy experience. The workers didn’t seem interested in being welcoming or helping with my order. There was no greeting or offer to assist. When I asked the girl nicely if she can take my order, rather than me placing the order on the machine, she acted like it was an inconvenience. The same attitude continued when I asked her to scan my Dunkin Rewards ID and while she was preparing my order. I arrived about an hour before closing, so it wasn’t close to closing time. If I had went 10mins before closing I’d understand. I’ve been to many other Dunkin locations, and the staff are always usually friendly, helpful, and attentive. Unfortunately, this locations workers are rude and not friendly.

  Worst matcha latte ever. Not filled to the top, “less ice” clearly ignored, and an attitude from the barista to top it off. Waited several minutes just to get a watered-down, overpriced drink. If this is less ice, I can’t imagine what normal ice looks like. Dunkin’s quality has seriously declined.

  Today was my first time going in this Dunkin, I had ordered a expresso drink and the staff let me know that there machines were down and I understood and asked for something else, but I was very patient only because I saw how hard a staff member was on her phone trying to get the problem fixed with the expresso machine I believe and there was only another girl doing everything else on her own I felt sooooo bad for them both and there was a lot of us waiting for our orders. MANAGEMENT YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 4 employees for every shift just like any other Dunkin >:( How upsetting!
