  This specific Dunkin' excels. The only slight drawback is that the iced coffee can occasionally vary in quality. It's not always consistent—some days it's fantastic, while others it's a bit too bitter. However, my experiences with the food have been excellent; it's consistently hot and delicious. The staff is friendly and greets customers warmly. I confidently believe that with a bit more consistency in their coffee, this location could be even better!

  I am/was a regular customer here. I mean 6 days a week. I really like their hot chocolate and their maple bacon sandwich. Well the last time there they sold me a cup of 99 % hot water and 1% chocolate. I had to eat the donut by itself. I called ten times and their phone is not working, so I come in the store. The assistant manager ( Brittany, she told me her name was) put up a real fight about replacing the small cup of hot chocolate, after I nicely explained to her what had happened. It wasn't after like 10 minutes of arguing, and telling her that I wanted the number to her superior that she finally said she would give me the hot chocolate. I had to eat the donut with no hot chocolate and so I asked her if she could also replace the donut because that would have been nice of her to do considering the headache of paying four dollars for a small cup of hot water the day before. She was nice at the beginning, but a few minutes into the explanation about the cup of hot water I was sold, she was rude and told me that I was exaggerating over a donut. Who trains these people? What's a cup of hot chocolate and a donut over a faithful customer. I have better things to do than to come here and argue over this...and don't expect that each person you sell your trash to will not notice it.

  I visited Dunkin’ today and ordered a large iced matcha latte with four scoops of matcha powder and milk. Unfortunately, the drink wasn’t blended properly — all the matcha powder was sitting at the bottom of the cup. I used to work at Dunkin’, so I know that the correct procedure is to mix the matcha in the stainless steel measuring cup, not directly in the serving cup. It was around 9:29 PM, and it seemed like the staff had already washed their equipment and didn’t want to use it again, so they mixed it in the cup instead. This affects both quality and consistency.

  So I just left this dunkin was there Sunday 11/09 around 5:25, I had asked for a cookie butter latte and was asked “ what I’m sorry “ & as I’m answering she goes “ what size “ already caught off guard because I thought she didn’t hear me but interrupts me, my bf asked for a classic donut and she goes “ which one “ and as my bf is responding she starts naming the donuts. I called her out on it asking her if she’s listening because she keeps interrupting and she goes “ I’m just multitasking” & I told her okay but before you even give us a chance to speak you cut us off & then she laughs at us. We didn’t order anything there because that’s just very immature and rude as hell. won’t come back with workers as immature as that girl is.

  The breakfast was good. The pumpkin spice was not sweet at all I couldn't taste the pumpkin spice just coffee and didn't bring whipped cream and drizzle caramel and the macchiato did have caramel at all
