I have to give a shoutout to the manager, she was so patient with my special instructions! Her name is AMA!! Everyone was so nice.

I went back and explained this, reminding them they need to be careful because allergies are serious—and that my orders are wrong most of the time. The response I got was attitude, with the excuse that they’re “training new people.” That’s not acceptable when customers’ health and experience are on the line!

This past Monday was the last visit for me. The caramel cold brew I ordered tasted like bitter chemicals. I thought some sort of cleaning chemical must have been mixed in by accident. I couldn't even force myself to drink it. I have never felt the need to taste my drink before leaving a coffee shop. I guess I will now. Sadly, I'll have to go to my previous Dunkin near my work even though I wanted to love this one since it is so convenient. Now I know why it never looks busy. The owner/manager needs to train employees better and it should be standard practice to taste/check items before opening.
