It said it would be delivered by noon, but they didn’t get there until 1 PM! It was too late for my kids to be able to eat the pizza. So I called them to see if they could do something to make it right and they literally put me on hold for an hour. They kept coming back and saying OK hold on a minute before telling me they don’t do any kind of refunds. They offered no compensation of any kind even though I spent $150 on pizza and it literally went into the trash. I’ll make sure no one at my school ever orders here again.
