  I had an amazing time at Dave & Buster’s! The atmosphere was fun, lively, and perfect for a night out. The service was quick and friendly, and the staff made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The arcade area was definitely the highlight—so many games to choose from, all well-maintained and a blast to play. Whether you’re competing with friends or just unwinding, this place really delivers on fun and entertainment. Dave & Buster’s is the perfect spot for anyone looking to have a great time. Highly recommend!

  Our waiter was great. The menu didn't include soup. I re ently haf surgery requiring only broth as an option to "eat". When I exllained and asked where I might could get some he offered 2 options close by. When I asked if I could bring it back and eat it there, he said it was his section, he was good with it and if anyone asked to send them his way. Boyfriend ordered pretzel sticks appetizer, a burger, and a couple beers while watching the AM Sunday football games. Food looked and smelled great! Atmosphere was fairly quiet for the early business, but was picking up as we were finishing morning games. Overall, very satisfied.

  Dave & Buster’s is the ultimate spot for UFC nights! The energy is crazy, the big screens are perfect, and the sound makes you feel like you’re right there at the fight. Add great food, fun games, and friendly staff — and it becomes the best place to watch UFC with friends. Always an awesome experience!

  I’m extremely disappointed with the security staff at this Dave & Buster’s. My daughter, who is under 18, was harassed and followed by one of the security guards for no valid reason. He told her that minors need an adult after 5 PM, but that arriving before 5 means they can stay all day. Even though other kids were inside without parents, he targeted only my daughter, walked away from the front just to go over to her, and made her feel uncomfortable and singled out. If there is a policy, it should be enforced equally—not selectively, and definitely not in a way that feels intimidating or inappropriate toward a minor. This was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning until management addresses the behavior of their staff and ensures the safety and fair treatment of all guests, especially minors.

  I was at the Dave & Buster Westchester location in the Howard Hughes Center the same night Wendy Mendizabal & her family were present 2 weeks ago and left a misleading review, that was totally false from what I personally saw that night. here's my recount of the entire incident of Mrs. Mendizabal Delima in the D&B Arcade. Mrs. Mendizabal fell down on the carpeted area and not on the flooring tile. She didn't slip on a wet floor to cause the fall. The Dave & Buster manager was immediately concerned because she was claiming to be pregnant. He told the Mrs. Mendizabal along with her husband that he was going to call emergency services since she was pregnant & her reason for falling was questionable. Mr. Mendizabal immediately rejected this idea and repeatedly got after the manager to not dial 911. The Dave & Buster manager responded with I'm just doing my job. After the store manager called the EMS to come take a look at Mrs. Mendizabal, Mr. Mendizabal got furious and aggressive with the store manager, challenging him to a fight and cursing & using profanity to express his disapproval. This continued until EMS arrived. By now the Dave & Buster manager had removed himself from the scene and a different Dave & Buster manager had posted himself in charge of the situation. EMS was with Mrs. Mendizabal for a little over an hour, checking and repeatedly re-checking her blood pressure. The Dave & buster manager on site asked the Mendizabal's a few questions and wrote down their answers. this is exactly how I recount that night. I thought both Dave & Buster's managers conduct that night appropriate & professional at all times. also calling EMS to take a look a pregnant woman who fell down in the store was a PRO Play, I would have done the same. 5 Stars for This Class Act.
