  AMAZING SERVICE yet again! Bradley was our waiter for the second time, this time we had a bigger party, and he was extremely attentive, quick and friendly! We love to go to this Dave and busters location, it’s always a clean, fun and friendly! Food and drink are always perfect ☺️

  Horrible service on a non busy day. Been here for 30 minutes spoke to 3 different servers one being Mike. N still nothing has been done. First and last time to this location. Would recommend everyone to stay away n go to another.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I visited Dave & Buster’s with my two daughters (9 and 11), and I have to say—this location reminded me what true customer service feels like. Putting the fun of the games aside, a few small but meaningful moments really stood out. At one point we got thirsty and walked over to the bar for a lemonade and water. I handed the bartender my card, and she simply waved it away with a smile and said, “It’s good, no charge.” It was such a simple gesture, but it made us feel welcomed and appreciated. After an hour of playing, we sat down for dinner. When dessert arrived, it came with a single cherry—naturally, my girls began debating who would get it. Our waiter, Chuck, overheard them and without missing a beat came back with a whole cup of cherries. It was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and my girls were thrilled. We always finish our arcade time with a couple of attempts at the claw machines. The attendant noticed my daughters struggling, and out of nowhere came over, opened the machine, and handed them the dolls they’d been trying so hard to win. Their faces lit up. I genuinely hope no one gets in trouble for the kindness shown, because if this is part of the service culture Dave & Buster’s trains and encourages, it deserves to be recognized and celebrated. For a huge publicly traded company to make me and my girls feel like we were at a small hometown arcade where they treat you like family—that’s an incredible achievement. Thank you to the whole team for making our night unforgettable. My girls are already asking when we can go back.

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dave & Buster’s, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and attentively taken care of by our server, Lyssa, whose friendly attitude and professionalism stood out throughout our visit. I was truly impressed by her knowledge of the menu, her excellent customer service, and her charisma. When we asked for a food recommendation, she knew exactly what we would enjoy and suggested the perfect dish. She also offered us an unlimited game card that came with our meal and gave great recommendations for games to enjoy afterward. I tried the Chicken Parmesan Pasta, which was creamy and flavorful, while my wife was pleasantly surprised by the vegan burger it was tasty and delicious. My friend ordered the sirloin that came with the Eat and Play combo and loved it. We also had a wonderful time in the arcade, which made the evening both memorable and fun. The Nascar game was a highlight! Overall, we had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun place to eat, play, and enjoy a lively atmosphere. The energy of the staff and guests was contagious, making it an unforgettable night out. I definitely coming back.
