Finally by my 3rd time asking they checked for my order and hurriedly started making it. I've been waiting for over fifteen minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready for pick up. Oh I know why because he is stealing my points from my transaction... Not the first time this why I am posting my picture how it doesnt show my account is on it... Maybe Chipotle should help or maybe give there employees food so they dont take are points to use then... Its a hassle trying to get back your points through thier complaint system.... Filepe shouldn't be so Sneaky!!! This is why they will get a 1 star rating terrible customer service!!!
