I arrive on time, but about the tenth time now I’ve heard the same excuse: they are out of chicken, it’s still being cooked, and they never give a clear time frame for how long it will take. Every single time I end up waiting 20 to 40 minutes. The last time, on October 2nd, I arrived exactly at 12:19 PM and still had to wait another 30–35 minutes. I marked the items as out of stock in the app as they were unavailable, but they wanted me to replace them with something else. Because I didn’t do that and left it as “out of stock,” they refused to give me the order. This has severely impacted my rating and now I’m having issues with DoorDash, as I’m no longer receiving orders. Terrible service and this pattern just keeps repeating.
