There was zero sense of accountability or pride—just chaos being passed off as normal. I left without finishing my food and won’t be back. This wasn’t a bad day; it was a badly run location.

I asked one of the workers and she said it likely was not ready yet but did not check to see if that was the case. I waited and mobile orders that were set to be ready 30 to 40 after my time were already on the pick up shelf. Only after i asked a second time did the worker go ask about my order. They said they had not started making it yet. It then took me about 20 more minutes to get my order. So overall I did not get my order until about 50 minutes later than I was supposed to.
