Every time I come, there aren’t enough employees in the kitchen, so service is slow and customers are left waiting 20+ minutes in line. I’ve asked staff how it’s possible to run out of something as basic as chicken, but it keeps happening. This is unprofessional and honestly disgusting for a brand that’s supposed to be reliable , chicken undercooked and raw, which is a serious health concern.
