However, this Chipotle refused my request and told me they don’t have plain white rice available. I know for a fact that they do have it. They didn’t even try to help me or offer any solution. At other Chipotle locations, I am always able to get plain rice without any issues. I’m very disappointed and uncomfortable with this kind of customer service. It did not feel welcoming or accommodating.
