This review is long over due. Long long long over due. I keep thinking this person will change. That the Managment will see it and I won’t have to drag someone on Google, yet here I am. Writing this review. For the past year I’ve consistently dined in/ picked up food at this location being that I am a health care provider at the hospital next door. Being that I am a health care provider, you could imagine that I would know when someone is disgruntled. At least once a week for the past year I’ve witnessed the attitude and lack of compassion from this one man. This miserable human is named Brandon. I believe somehow he is a manager or supervisor. It is apparent that the higher up’s of this specific Chipotle restaurant do not care for the overall quality of customer experience, whereas if they did, Brandon would not be a manager. At first I thought he was just a disgruntled employee but time and time again for the past year I’ve been proven wrong. I look so little forward into ordering in person here due to the anxiety this persons vibe gives me, that I’ve strictly resorted in ordering online for pick up only. Even at pickup I dread interacting with this employee. All I will say is that if I, a very loyal customer, feel this way, I can only imagine the feelings of other customers NONETHELESS other employees. It is truly beyond me how a person who is apparently this miserable, can be in a place of authority over other employees with this type of behavior, mindset, and attitude. From talking over me as I expressed an initial concern I had, disrespecting another employee verbally in front of me while I was speaking, to texting while I was speaking to him; I am not sure how this person is representing such a “great” brand or how it is made out to be I should say. From this to me screaming over the TRAP MUSIC they ALWAYS have playing here. I’m not sure how this person is able to hold this title, but someone of this stature should be in the back, washing dishes, AWAY from being the face of the business. I bet any of the other people working here, would be far more grateful to have this position than this person. Maybe one of the people I’ve witnessed Brandon belittling; give it to them! Maybe the general manager just doesn’t know what they are doing. Something NEEDS TO CHANGE here. This person is truly a liability to not only customers but to other employees. I should not be afraid of a low level employee when I have worked my behind off my whole career to get where I am, just to not feel comfortable getting food next door, which is the core reason this location was put here, for traffic from the hospital to have somewhere to eat. If I do not see change, I will keep posting reviews and keep emailing Chipotle Head Offices until someone does something. I’ve given way to much leeway with this person! He needs to go.

Ordered via delivery. As a loyal Chipotle fan, this location serves the absolute worst steak bowl I’ve ever had. Bone-dry steak cubes, and overall had a borderline sour taste to it, very odd tasting and didn’t offer the signature savoriness. This location needs to seriously consider re-training the culinary staff.

AVOID THIS LOCATION: A CULINARY AND SERVICE DISASTER. DEMANDING IMMEDIATE COMPENSATION. I am a loyal Chipotle customer, and that is precisely why this specific location at 1122 W 6th St in Los Angeles is an absolute disgrace to the entire brand. To call this the 'worst experience' is an understatement—it is the standard every single time I visit. This store is evidently run with zero oversight. The operation is a complete joke, managed by a completely disengaged crew who couldn't care less about food safety, quality, or customer service. Food Quality is Dangerous The food is not just 'not fresh'—it is culinarily and literally offensive. * The rice is perpetually crunchy and stale, to the point where it is a legitimate safety hazard. I refuse to "break a tooth on old rice." * Ingredients like the grilled fajita veggies are consistently MISSING. * The serving line is always half-empty, forcing customers to beg for a proper, fair portion. This complete disregard for basic freshness and stock management shows a systemic failure. Staff Attitude is Hostile The evening staff's hostile and apathetic attitude is the final insult. They operate with an air of profound annoyance, as if we, the paying customers, are interrupting their private gathering. * The staff refuses to wear nametags—a calculated, cowardly move—specifically so they cannot be held accountable for their abysmal service. * The "tall dude in the back" is a perfect embodiment of the contempt this staff has for their jobs. My one bright spot—that I didn't have to listen to the "trap music" blasting from a Bluetooth speaker this visit—only highlights how low the standard has fallen when the absence of background noise is the highlight of the trip. DEMAND FOR ACTION AND COMPENSATION My patience is exhausted. I am not simply venting; this is a scathing indictment of your location's management and food safety standards. I am demanding immediate action. I expect a full refund for my last order and significant compensation to acknowledge the sheer number of horrible experiences and the consistent damage this location is doing to your brand's reputation. Fix your store, fire the indifferent management, and stop serving dangerous, stale food. You owe your loyal customers for this failure. Smh😠

The Hispanics who work here aren’t very friendly toward Black people, and the Hispanic gentleman before me pretty much got the same burrito, but they charged him $17 while they charged me $28. I returned that and took my business elsewhere. I work nearby and usually go here, but I never really get good vibes from this location. That’ll be my last time. I really wish LA had more Qdoba locations, man.
