    all staff needs to be Needs to be retrained how to give the correct portions and ask you how to serve food the correct way they always give you small portions that don’t equal the same either you get more rice and then chicken or more chicken and rice. food taste, terrible and no customer service

    This location skimps on UberEats orders (burrito bowls included) No cilantro lime rice. Dry meats. Stale sour cream. Bland beans. Expensive for ingredients that are about to expire. Local spots or taco stands/trucks are better. Or go to costco and make the food yourself - at least then the ingredients are fresh. Based on the orders i've had for the last 6 months I price these burritos/bowls at $4 each given the poor food quality and portioning as opposed to $12.35 + additional fees per burrito/bowl. It's clear the company is cutting costs where they can and hoping the consumer won't mind short staffing and paying premium prices for average food at best. I support the store workers who are being impacted by the cut hours. I do not support Chipotle corporate for trying to pass off the costs to the consumer when they make plenty. Somehow all these local spots can make do but Chipotle can't? Funny.

    When I arrived my pickup order was not ready and when they made it as I was standing there, they put in barely 1 scoop of rice and a tiny scoop of beans. When I asked for a little more rice and beans (I’m not getting any meat or guac) it was met with a silent stare and an angry lunch lady slop into my bowl. I’m saying please and thank you with a smile looking like boo boo the fool while the staff burns a hole into my face.

    The workers here do their jobs like a sloth - slow and careless. I queued for the on-site order line to show the guy I’m here for pickup. Told rudely pickup is at cashier. While there are already 4 people lining up at cashier without being taken care of! The cashier guy just walked away after taking the on-site order payment and did not give a damn about your online ones!
