  The service at the Sunset Blvd & El Centro CAVA is on another level thanks to Millie, Miguel, and Jasmin! Jasmin was so welcoming while helping me build my bowl, and Miguel handled the rush with total precision. Millie topped it off with a genuine smile at checkout, making sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find such a synced-up, upbeat team—they truly made the experience. And the food is amazing as always, I highly recommend their bowls - total game changer. I’ll definitely be back to this Hollywood spot!

  My experiences at cava are always great and last time Dasha made it exceptional! She was very very sweet and friendly, making me wanna stay and always come back to this cava :)

  This location always takes really good care of me and my food allergies. I have deathly food allergies to dairy, eggs, and nuts. I feel very safe eating here every time I come here because the staff is very diligent about changing their gloves and taking allergy precautions. The food is always fresh and delicious. Richard and Garima are amazing and always help me out and go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and make me delicious food!!! I’m very thankful.

  I loooooove cava but jeepers creepers, they regularly mess up delivery orders which is a real bummer. I order from Hollywood Cava and can confidently say 50% of the time I either have sauces and pita chips missing or I completely receive someone else’s order. I may as well pull up the uber eats help chat before it arrives at this point. I know I’m taking a risk every time I order from here but it is so damned good. Currently sitting in my living room looking at a bowl with my receipt slapped on the top and the contents are completely incorrect lol. I say this with love…sort it out folks, mayhaps pay a little more attention?! 🫶🏻 Pic of my order for reference. Bowl I ordered: power greens, no rice, chicken, feta, red pepper hummus, tzatziki, no pita crisps, no olives, skhug, garlic dressing etc. Bowl I got: rice, spinach, chicken, olives pita crisps, lemon herb tahini, harissa, vinaigrette etc.

  I never ever usually leave a poor review, but my experience picking up food was unacceptable. After being told our order would be ready by 7:15pm, we waited over 45 minutes past that time, asking multiple times if our order was ready , only to be looked at like we were inconveniencing/annoying them. I get it , restaurants get backed up, things get delayed, but the rude customer service we received on top of the waiting was unacceptable. We never received an apology or an explanation. Cava is one of my favorite restaurants, but I will not be returning after this experience.
