- FAFaris A2 days ago1.0I visited this restaurant today with my wife and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member preparing our bowls made multiple mistakes with the add-ons and didn’t seem to be paying attention to our order. When it was time to pay, she simply told us to use the card reader and walked away without waiting to make sure the payment went through or asking if we needed anything else. The food itself was also not great—our falafel was overcooked and very dry. Overall, the service and food quality were below expectations.

- CMC MathewsNov 6, 20251.0Walk in here and it’s back to London 1940- they’re rationing food like the Germans are flying overhead. Previously known for generous portions and pretty fresh food, I was flabbergasted at the switch up. Lentils looked like they had been sitting out for 3 days, mashed in like someone thought they were potatoes. The gaunt Victorian child serving us did her best Oliver Twist impersonation with a scoop of meat lacking such generosity you’d think you were at the RNC. Wipe Cava off your quick service list at this location, until 4 years pass and the British army opens back up supply lines.
