    Stopped into CAVA today and had an awesome experience thanks to Justin, who helped serve me. He was super friendly, patient, and made great recommendations. You could tell he cared about getting everything just right, and the way he put my bowl together was perfect! It was a rainy night and i was in a tuff mood but that food got me right! Shoutout Justin!

    The food tasted great.. The servers making my bowl looked like they didn’t want to be there…I got the falafel bowl, I should’ve opted out for chicken or steak diy bowl since they only give you two little falafels…

    The options of food was nice and I really enjoyed the customization of each bowl. However, the portion to price ratio was disappointing. Additionally, the workers seemed very annoyed and didn't seem happy or willing to serve us. Overall, the food was very good but the service and price was less than satisfactory.

    I enjoy food from Cava, but this UCLA location keeps reminding me why I stopped ordering from this location. Today’s order was another disappointment — the veggie portion was extremely small. It’s frustrating because this has been an ongoing issue for a long time. When I mentioned to the staff that my salad looked noticeably smaller, I was told, “that’s normal. and then I have to pay for extra portion". I’ve been ordering CAVA for over 4 years, both in-person and online, and there’s always a huge difference — online orders consistently come with smaller portions. Also 40% of the time, they will either forget my Pita or sauce for my online orders. I'm reminded today again why I should only order from the Century City Mall location as their portion has always been more consistent regardless or in person or online order. It’s disappointing to see nothing has changed at this ULCA location.
