  My two build your own bowls are laden with hard, undercooked rice. My two sumac sour cream and onion pita chips are weird and chewy in the middle and crumbling and fragile around the edges. Jesus Christ.

  The general manager was super nice and so were the workers. Super friendly environment, will be coming again because it’s so close to campus!!

  I’m really disappointed with my experience at CAVA in Westwood today. I came in at 1:06 PM on a Friday during the lunch rush, and the restaurant was extremely understaffed. There were only three employees working. One young woman was making bowls completely by herself while what appeared to be the manager stepped in to help. There was no one dedicated to handling takeout orders, and the line barely moved. It ended up being a 45-minute wait just to get food. For a fast-casual restaurant, that is completely unacceptable. I understand that things can get busy, but this location clearly needs more staff scheduled during peak hours. Waiting nearly an hour for what is supposed to be a quick lunch is not accessible or reasonable for customers on a work break. Really hoping management addresses this because the team that was there was trying — they just didn’t have enough support. Its been like this for atleast a year ... 😪

  This Cava is fantastic! The dressings were super fresh and the staff was very accommodating. They had a new green cabbage salad that was great too!

  Is this the ultimate hot spot for the younger generation? Even though I visited a bit late, I still saw plenty of groups of young people enjoying their meals together. While the indoor seating might be a bit limited, finding a spot to sit shouldn't be too hard if you head toward the outdoor or roadside areas. The food is excellent. Since you customize your own bowl, the taste can vary depending on what you pick, but overall, the flavors are light, fresh, and not at all overwhelming. It’s definitely more than enough for a satisfying, healthy meal. Highly recommended!
