- JJJ5 days ago1.0Super gross! I found a hair in my bowl! When I went there ordering food, people working there had bad attitude… What’s worse, I got over charged for something i did not order. I wouldn’t even have got a refund if I didn’t ask for the receipt and looked closely! The person tried to argue with me and didn’t even apologize until the manager fixed it for me. Usually I like the food at Cava, but I will not go back to this location!!! I recommend you all go to a different location.

Even when it's not very busy inside, it's never ready on time. Upon further observation, even when they have a full staff, they purposely neglect any and all online orders. There is no reason that my online order should be neglected until after I arrive. Today I asked if my order was ready, and he said they were still working on it. I then saw him go make several in person orders from people who even arrived after me, before my order was eventually worked on 10min later. Don't have an online ordering platform if you aren't going to bother using it the correct way.

The staff is very inefficient, they stand there and do nothing or prioritizes the pickup orders (when no one is there yet) rather than help you Check out. I have been waiting at the cashiers for more than 5min for them to check out. Very inefficient!! Happened multiple times. And their free pita bread run out a lot.
