  This place is phenomenal! Most of the staff are Italian, and they know what they're doing. The sauces are some of the most flavorful I've ever had, and the pasta itself is always cooked perfectly. The service is very attentive too. There are so many amazing dining options in LA that I don't often go back to the same place twice, but Carasau is one of the exceptions!

  Sweet Italian restaurant with authentic and delicious pasta. Even though on busy-ish road the cozy yet modern ambiance was perfect and conducive to conversation. Best of all our meals were delicious and service was excellent.

  Beautiful cafe, pleasant service, delicious food. There is a parking lot (paid) very close to it, which is convenient.

  Excellent, authentic Italian pasta! The Spaghetti alle Vongole was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the gnocchi Di Zucca were soft and delicious. You can really taste the care and tradition behind every dish. Highly recommended!
