  Worst experience ever. Did a pick up order last night. Went to the pick up section. Waited and no one came by to assist me. They would just pass by. So I go to the main entrance and let the host know I was there for a pickup. She (blonde girl) tells me I need to go to the other entrance. Which I let her know I was there in the first place. She proceeds to tell me someone will be there shortly. I go back to the other entrance. And she passes by like 3 times. Attending guest and brining out their drinks. Not assuring me she had called someone to come help me. LATER a guy finally comes to attend me. This place needs better customer service. Will not be coming here again.

  I was really disappointed with the buffalo wings. They were extremely dry and the texture was very hard, almost like they had been overcooked or sitting out too long. Buffalo wings should be juicy and flavorful, but these were tough and not enjoyable at all. Definitely not what I was expecting.

  Terrible service, it took an hour to get our food, and I had to get up and order my drinks at the bar because our server was not checking up on us. The only other time our server came to check on us was when we complained about receviving our cold food an hour late. Unless they change whoever is the manager at this location, stay far far away from here, unless you're in a party bigger than 4, seems like they pay more attention to you if your table is more likely to be giving a bigger tip.

  Came on Super Bowl Sunday to watch the show had the worst experience ever. First, our server had zero customer service didn’t offer us water. We had to ask her for it did not attend to us would ignore our table 2nd, they were raffling a shirt which they said they will raffle it at the end of the halftime performance. This never occurred. TOTAL SCAM!!! Even one of the waiters in foreign a customer it was a scam for the raffle. Lastly, management is nowhere and does not take accountability. One of the worst Buffalo wild wings. I have been sad due to it being one of the closest ones to me. If you’re looking for rude service in adequate performances, then go to this location. Word of advice retrain your staff on customer service because they’re all lacking it new management new team new everything. If you need a detailed of my experience, it’s on Yelp

  Well they’re definitely consistent. If you’re ordering take out make sure to double check your order because they’re consistently forgetting one of my items ever time I go. Even when they’re not busy 8/10 times they will forget an item.
