However, it seems that the chicken wings are fried long in advance and then reheated and tossed in sauce only after an order is placed. The chicken is extremely hard, and even the skin is severely dried out. This location needs serious re-management and staff retraining at the corporate level. Among all the Buffalo Wild Wings locations I have visited across the United States, this is by far the worst. This is very serious.

My family and I waited more than 30 minutes to finally see someone come out and clean. As the employee was picking up the tables slowly he was also watching the fight on the TV. The thought of how slow it would take them to bring the food out, we left not even being seated.

But it’s for reasons like the quality of food, that it is null. I don’t understand how both times I order from this location, both times my fries are stale and cold. I just don’t understand that. Especially when I’m getting there early or on time. And then when I look at my wings, I’m just like “wow they didn’t even care to shuffle the wings in the sauce, it’s just sprayed on the sauce and it’s for me to shuffle the wings inside the cardboard to go box. I got that right? I guess when you’re getting a deal or sale on wings, you’re also getting the bare minimum in quality and service. It’s going to be awhile before I return to this BWW. I’ll just stick to Wing Stop for now.
