    Cane by for lunch last week and nobody was at the front desk during the “lunch rush”. The place is huge and everyone was just around the bar. I was waiting at the front desk for five minutes when I had to call the phone number to let them know that I was waiting up in the front to be acknowledged. My order said it would have been ready at the moment that I arrived, but I had to wait an additional five minutes on top of the five minutes it took them to even acknowledge me after I called for my order pick up. I don’t normally like leaving bad reviews like this, but just stating the obvious here. They need to step it up, especially with the restaurant industry suffering these days.

    I’ll let you be surprised why so many people give this place a one star. If someone from the company comes across this, inspect this location. Takeaway order took an hour for 20 pieces of wings and about 3-4 tables being served with the hostess’ attitude talking about being busy. This isn’t the first time, I once spent a few hours here because of the glacial paced service. The only great thing was the game was on.

    Please change you jukebox status. I came here just for the jukebox and to pay to play a song and you have your jukebox off, does not serve the jukebox junkie. Thanks to the manager that refunded my play. I'll also let Touchtunes know that on game days you mute your box in-house but not online.

    When a well-dressed person walks into your restaurant, shows the Uber app, and politely asks to use the restroom — clearly not pretending, clearly feeling unwell — why would you refuse? It’s not right, it’s not human. Sometimes a small act of kindness means a lot.

    I visited the store around 1:30pm on Monday so it’s very empty. The food is not excellent, but good in general. The service was brilliant. Love it 🔥
