But the barista said he could make an Americano instead. Now I am a bit of a big fan of pour over coffee and often don't feel an Americano meets my expectations. But this Americano was very good. Would come back again for more fantastic coffee.

I ordered a full-size burrito, but what I received was less than half the portion. I double-checked with the waitress, and she insisted it was the correct size. What made it worse is that another customer came in with the exact same issue, and she was immediately given a fresh, full-size replacement with no questions asked. When I raised my concern again, I was told it was “just the way she wrapped it,” which felt dismissive and untrue. As someone who is pregnant, paying for a full portion and receiving a half portion — while being treated differently from another customer — felt completely unfair. Only after more back-and-forth did a different waitress finally agree to remake it. Overall, the service was not friendly, the handling of the situation was inconsistent, and it felt like a rip-off. Definitely not the welcoming, reliable experience I expect from Bluestone Lane. I won’t be returning
