After the servers finished with the customer in front of me, one finally asked me what I wanted. They didn't immediately ask me after they finished, I still had to wait for their attention. After I asked if they had a specific flavor, they said they didn't have it. I waited at the counter to look for an alternate flavor. I waited, and waited, and waited. Before I knew it, the family behind me was being served. The employee that was assisting me suddenly started taking a drive-thru order and disregarded me. The third employee wasn't taking in-store or drive-thru orders, however she was standing behind the counter. I ended up walking out feeling invisible.

I tried to order the layered sundae with chocolate chip cookie dough and they were out. Okay, how about a brownie sundae with vanilla or chocolate chip ice cream? Nope, they're out of that too. No plain old chocolate ice cream either. I'm sorry but WTH??? I ended up going inside and purchasing a pint of chocolate chip ice cream instead. Let's be honest, this kind of thing would NEVER be acceptable nor tolerated in Gardena, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, etc. It puts the staff in a terrible position, and unfortunately some people aren't as understanding. The company needs to do better when it comes to stocking products, especially on busy weekends and holidays. Cold Stone would NEVER!!!

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
