I went there today at exactly 9:10 PM to get some ice cream. One of the staff members was cleaning the floor, which I understand, but I could tell they were already preparing to close so they could leave early. The store closes at 10:00 PM, so at least they should start closing up at 9:45 PM. When I asked politely if they were closed, one of the employees responded in a very rude tone, "No." I found this to be disrespectful. It seemed like they were trying to clean up early, making customers feel unwelcome. Please consider hiring new employees who are more customer-friendly. I believe the current staff is contributing to the bad reviews and hurting your store's reputation.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
