The manager came by to personally let us know our food would be out soon, offered us a cup of soup, and even brought out an appetizer for the wait. That level of communication and care made us feel seen and truly valued as guests. Experiences like that are exactly why I continue to be a loyal Nordstrom customer. Weβll definitely be coming back.
