  If you’re going to do dinner in Baltaire, just know you’re not just eating — you’re entering your main character era. From the moment you walk in, it’s giving luxury steakhouse but make it fashion. The lighting is low, the vibes are high, and everyone looks like they either closed a deal or are about to. The steaks? Cooked like they have a personal trainer and a life coach. Perfect sear, juicy center, zero drama. The sides are not side characters — they demand screen time. And let’s be clear: if you skip the caviar service, who even are you? Because his amazing caviar was buttery, briny, and absolutely living its best life. I considered ordering it a seat at the table. Service was smooth, confident, and just attentive enough to make you feel important without hovering like a helicopter parent. Overall rating: 10/10. Would absolutely return to spend money I don’t have and pretend I summer in the South of France. 💅🥩✨

  Some of the best steak I’ve ever had. Thursdays are a vibe and I recommend sitting on the couches. Food is 10/10, vibe is great, and service was also great. I recommend baltaire to everyone.

  Baltaire became our favorite steakhouse over the weekend. Greg was our server and he was the funniest and most helpful person we could have been placed with. We are excited to come back soon. The Spanish octopus was our favorite.

  The food was delicious and the ambiance was beautiful. It felt like the engagement party of our dreams! Although I had some snafus with the initial planning of my engagement brunch buyout, Celine turned a tricky situation around. She made sure that our questions were handled in a prompt and professional manner and I would recommend planning your event with her in the future.

  Yesterday, my wife and I celebrated my birthday at Baltaire, our favorite spot for special occasions. The staff welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service. The food was exceptional; we tried a hands-on appetizer, with the server offering hot towels afterward. Our main course looked beautiful and tasted great. For dessert, beignets with three tasty sauces were fantastic, and I received a butterscotch pot-au-crème with a candle to celebrate. We also caught up with a manager we knew and met the newest management team member. In my opinion, there's no better restaurant in Los Angeles.
