  Come here often for dinner and it is our favorite restaurant. Their steaks are tender and cooked to perfection every time. Service is always top notch. Definitely order their fries and broccolini.

  If you’re looking for a standout steakhouse experience in Brentwood, Baltaire hits the mark. Upon arrival, the valet makes things easy (a welcome relief for Los Angeles) and the interior ushers you into a sleek, mid-century-modern space that transitions effortlessly to a charming outdoor terrace. For our meal: We started with the oysters on the raw bar—briny, chilled, just right. The mesquite-grilled ribeye arrived exactly as requested (medium-rare) with a subtle ancho-chili butter that brought a clean, smoky flavor. A side of roasted broccolini and a rich mashed potato completed the plate. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the ambiance struck a great balance between upscale and relaxed. With live music in the lounge and a well-curated wine list, this is a spot worth reserving for a celebration or quality dinner out.

  Baltaire used to be a good restaurant. The last handful of times we have been the service is severely lacking. Tonight, most recently, our party of 8 had to wait 35 minutes for our drinks. We were told those drinks would be comp’d. After ordering our meals and receiving a celebrating “engagement platter” for dessert, we were told that would also we comp’d. Upon receipt of the bill, we were only comp’d the dessert. We asked our server to clarify the bill and he was very dismissive about it. They do not provide good customer service and clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction. Go to Steak48 in Beverly Hills…blows this place put of the water.

  This place is a revelation. The service is better than any of those other chain restaurants. The steak is so incredibly tender and full of flavor. I would take a few sips of water and like magicians the wait staff would make sure my water was topped off at all times. As soon as my empty coke bottle hit the table it was gone. After appetizers they came cleaned the table, reset the covers, and it was picture perfect like when we arrived. This place deserves every single praise it gets. Definitely will come back. (Even if it’s expensive)

  This was a sophisticated place but not over the top type. 😊 I took my mum for her birthday dinner. 🎂 From the valet who was absolutely delightful to the hostess who welcomed us super nicely and sit us down, to the waitress who advised us on all the food options and was so efficient and so good at menu descriptions and wine recommendation too, ( asked lots of questions and also she gave me all the options for me as I'm a bit difficult as I don't eat anything with chilli or spicy), to the lovely woman in the toilet who helped me with towels, to the food runners staff who were always been super smiley and polite, to the beautiful trees and decor atmosphere, I can say that was a really astonishing amazing dinner experience ! 🎉 ( And we are french, and I work in hospitality management). also the food : Artichokes are a must ! So yummy and tasty. If you're not a steak person, mum said the scallops were divine. I got the filet mignon and it was perfect. Side of delicious broccolini, baked potatoes and hand made fries. And to finish we shared a delicious chocolate tart. ( we had to ask for boxes as portions are really generous). Maybe the music was a bit too loud for us, but that's personal preferences*. I highly recommend to go there. This place is exquisite. 😊
