This is what’s missing from service to customer in some places, just decency,respect and a smile to redo an order is done wrong. I will encourage anyone who wants to be treated respectfully if their drink is done wrong to NOT come to this location. Again been a loyal customer for over a year and this is the first time I’ve dealt with this type of service from any barista. I hope management sees this review and takes action on the staff working on this date. I’ll continue to post on other sites and relate my experience today with other people in the area if nothing is done about this, just means they condone it.
