When I called the store, the manager said they could remake the drink, but refused to issue a refund, even though the mistake required an additional trip back to the store. Mistakes happen that’s not the issue. The issue is how it was handled. A remake and refund would have been the appropriate response when a customer has to drive back due to an error on the store’s side. Disappointing customer service, especially for a simple add-on that was clearly listed on the receipt.
