  Alfred is always a great choice for coffee. The drinks are consistently well made, smooth, and flavorful, and the quality is noticeable every time. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, the staff is friendly, and it’s a perfect spot to grab coffee or sit for a bit. Definitely one of my favorite coffee spots in the area.

  This location is always poppin, but for a good reason. Alfred’s coffee and matcha is consistently 10/10. Love me a matcha latte with their coconut milk.

  The quality of coffee has diminished significantly. If you love Starbucks quality coffee but enjoy paying nearly double the price this place is for you. Unreal how horrendous the drinks they serve are. Honestly embarrassing. I had to throw my drink out that’s how incapable these baristas are. This place is so focused on the branding that they’ve forgotten entirely about the product they serve. Will never in my life ever go back to any Alfred and share this sentiment with many of my friends. I don’t see this place being around for much longer if this is what they’re serving.

  I will never go to Alfred’s again because of the barista they have working there. If Melissa is representation of Alfred as a company and what they think about customers then it’s sad to say the chain has definitely taken a turn for the worst. A lot of the employees that work there it looks stressed and miserable. They put a smile on their face, despite being overwhelmed…. Melissa is not like that, the curvier short girl with brown hair and tan skin handing out drinks wears a frown on her face at all times. Interaction with her started because I was trying to explain to her I can order something different If they were out of what I ordered since I ordered ahead and I didn’t want a refund just something different. She immediately copped an attitude with me and I was on the phone and even the person on the phone was taken back with the tone she used as she asked “what the issue” with a flat unwelcoming tone. I let her know my intentions, and I took a deep breath and replied, I’m trying to be proactive to let you guys know I’m okay with a different scone because I saw you guys were out of the one I got. I think she thought I was personally attacking her or something because she immediately started arguing about Everything I was addressing. In a short breath she scowled again as she kept saying what scone and what’s the problem. After she stated that “ we have it, it’s right here. So what else” with the same damn miserable attitude I stepped back to collect my thoughts. When my drink was ready, I tried to give her feedback and she completely reflected everything and took no accountability for being rude. I tried to explain to her I’m pointing out why that interaction was so unpleasant and she instead threatened to kick me out which is consistent with her threatening, horrible tone since the beginning so honestly not a surprise. The fact that you even let a person work here who is a barista serving people, their food and drinks with a frown on their face and obvious unhappiness in being there completely tarnishes the Alfred name. All of the coworkers were uncomfortable and I could tell that this lady probably rules the whole place with her Pitbull like attitude. (No offense to pitbull’s). Honestly, at the very least if you don’t fire this unpleasant, rude, inappropriate employee the least you could do is move her all the way to the back where nobody has to interact with her. You guys have at least three other employees that I could think of off the top of my head that are excellent people who can be working face-to-face with the customers if this lady has such an issue

  I just ordered a cappuccino and waited half an hour for it. This place is completely over capacity with online orders so don’t come here unless you wanna sit around for half an hour before you get your coffee. The coffee is usually pretty good but drinks are often served significantly cooler than other coffee shops- “hot” is a relative term but these drinks are never hot.
