I asked for almond milk, but whatever I was given tasted like 2% milk. There was zero almond flavor, and even worse, I could barely taste any matcha. It was basically just a warm cup of milk with a slightly green color…..just... bland. If this is how you’re introducing new customers to your drinks, I’m not sure what the goal is. I don’t want to be harsh, but this didn’t even taste like a matcha latte. It tasted like someone forgot to actually put matcha in it. Disappointed is an understatement
