When I got home I realized that I was missing items and I called the store the young lady that I spoke to said they had my bag and I could come back to the store and get them, but I told her I would not be able to get it the store until tomorrow and she said that was ok she asked me how to spell my name and I told her she said that when I came to the store to ask for the Manager and let them know my name and I would be able to get my items. So the next day I go to the store and the two people that tried to help me where rude and treated me like I was a criminal and I was asked to leave I never got my items and this is so sad because I just moved here from Saint Louis Missouri and every time I go to the store it makes me feel like I am welcomed but not this time my heart hurts for someone who can be so rude to a loyal customer.

There’s not even 1 cashier in the morning so some lady asked the self check out guy to call one the cashier comes up I get on line behind the lady and he straight tells me “im only doing her” proceeds to leave the register and walk around eating a bag of fruit snacks or what ever he had like I almost snapped I get it I’m miserable at my job too but I definitely know what decorum is and when I’m there I need to do my job. Y’all need to pay more attention to your employees and tell them they need to stop mopping around and do their job no body wants to go to work at the end of the day and we are all stressed last thing we need is to catch some of your rain cloud
