  Compre una tostada doble y me la dieron cencilla y no es la primera vez que me pasa eso, se les paga por un servicio , y dan mal la orden.

  This is ridiculous last time I ate a double avocado cesar salad plate was maybe twice as big as it is right now price was about $ 11.49, came today Feb/12/26 around 6pm when normally at this time is busy, but come on now!! Plate reduced in size, price $ 16.78. No wonder place is almost empty with 4 customer at the dining. Well this is the last time I buy food from El Pollo Loco, deberas que estan re-locos.

  First time here to this El Pollo Loco. Received Great Customer Service from Fernando. I decided to have the Double chicken Street corn Salad with the creamy cilantro dressing and it was very delicious for having it the first time around I highly recommend it. Also I added 3 Chicken tacos Al carbon which were delicious aswell . For a fountain drink I had a coke which went along with my salad very well lol . The restroom and dining area was very clean . Parking was a bit hectic since it's in a shopping center but I did find a parking available. I give this Pollo Loco five stars for this visit. Thanks for making my day with a Great Lunch .
