However, the drive-thru can get pretty crowded, and sometimes it feels like the wait is longer than it should be. Overall, a solid spot for a pick-me-up, just be prepared for a little wait during rush hours.
- NRnatalie rojasApr 10, 20262.0The wait is always long which is expected because it’s right by usc. But overall the drinks are genuinely just some syrups in water/milk. They also put an ungodly amount of ice. I’m always kinda disappointed whenever I got to Dutch. Maybe it’s just not for me.

And the lines may seem a bit crazy and a bit long but Trust me they have a System. They take orders quickly and what I love the MOST is How NICE EVERYONE is. I been to this location 2 times and customer service is AMAZING! Everyone is Friendly, and Everyone GREETS U. Drinks are 10/10 I love that they have SUGAR-Free options.

My second time here and again with great service, but this last time wasn’t just great , it was monumental , fantastic and all the other elevating words because someone named LUZ works there . What other coffee company? I only known and want Dutch bros as long as you keep hiring people just like LUZ , people like them keep the guests coming back , and I can’t wait to be done with this delicious coffee so I can get another one , all because of LUZ. Give them a raise !!!!!!

Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
