  If i could leave 10 stars i would!!! First i want to say thank you to Jason & Naudika for their professionalism, kindness, positivity, and exceptional customer service!!! I came into the Atwater location on (Glendale blvd) with a huge drink order and doughnuts, they smiled all the way through my entire time there. Jason gave me great recommendations for my drinks and Naudika made sure everything was correct , drinks seccured, and both staff members even offered to help me to my car. 🙏🏼💛🙌🏼🫶🏻 i know how hard it can be to work in service and how people are not always kind , so i am truly appreciative and blessed to have been helped by 2 of the most amazing people, Thank you agian Jason & Naudika you both are awesome rockstars . I hope your management knows how lucky they are to have you both .

  management is absolutely terrible. always takes way longer than it should and staff seems disrespectful and upset to be there. kourtney is the only one who has treated me with respect and apologized for wait time. cannot stress enough how bad this location needs new management

  no matter how crazy it is in the AM, the whole staff locks in and gets to knocking out that mountain of orders. It’s easy to feel like no one cares about you in the midst of chaos, but whoever reads this, staff, or even customer, I want you to know that we see you and we’re grateful for you guys being able do dish out some stellar service even tho it’s a mad house!

  I ordered hot coffee and it was cold, I ask to heat it up but they just added hot water on top of coffee. Not going back to that place for sure
