  Food is so inconsistent… never any sauce on the pizza, undercooked when extra cheese is added. Too expensive for the lack of quality

  Ordered delivery and never received it despite it being marked as delivered. I called to ask what happened and they said the delivery driver followed instructions, but clearly didn’t since I didn’t receive anything.

  Got food poisoning because of raw dough consumption. Less than 2 weeks after I ordered I came into the store to show them this picture. Manager named David was the rudest manager I’ve ever seen. He literally says this looks fine. And then says I asked for extra sauce. After checking the recipt he was confirmed there was no extra sauce. Then HE BLAMES ME for not asking the pizza to be well done. Since there’s extra cheese in it that apparently it delays the cooking process. I told him I never heard about this and order extra cheese often from many places throughout my whole entire life and it’s not my job to ask for well done. And he said that since it’s not the same day he can’t do anything about it. I told him I was last one to order and when I got home the store was already closed. But he kept blaming me for their poor performance. And kept looking at me as if I’m a lair. Shame to this place to have such a miserable manager that deflects the accountability to the costumer instead of making a new pan size pizza.

  I know I go to a lot of Domino's. Some are awful, but most, like this one are great. You get what you pay for and when I blow all my money on a hotel or eat at some fancy place I do pick up at Domino's. This time we ordered nothing but various pastas and I am telling you they are a great deal and they are so good and made to order. I love the mac and cheese with penne and 4 or 5 cheeses and their fettuccini alfredo is just as good at mid range places and it is so tasty, as are all their pastas. The place is super cute and always clean. We usually do pick up for this place and now and again have delivery. The prices are so great for what you get. It is not fancy, you want that go elsewhere, it is just super good and I have been hooked for a long time.

  They don't care about their customers at all. Sold me a uncut, raw pizza and refused to refund me or remake it. I had to argue with the store manager for 10+ minutes to get her to make another one. The whole time she's gaslighting me telling me it's cooked even though it tastes like yeast (raw dough) and you can see raw dough. That's actually the only reason I checked it because I tasted raw dough. She said she doesn't know what raw dough or yeast tastes like. How are you in charge of a pizza place but don't know anything about raw dough or yeast? She actually told me to contest it with my credit card if I want a refund!? I will never come back to this location and may never order Domino's again.
