  They wouldn’t give me cheese unless I ordered on the mobile app. So me being stubborn, took out my phone and ordered on the mobile app. Crazy policy they got. Messy restaurant with a lot of food on the ground

  Absolute TRASH experience at this Chipotle. The managerial staff (Kevin, is his name, Hispanic gentlemen) has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This is a HUGE let down from a nationally established brand that meets expectations everywhere else I have gone. Specifically THIS Chipotle has fallen away from the Brand. It is sad. It is 100% based off of the management.

  Came in at 10:30 in the morning. There were 7 people in line One guy serving the food and the register. There was about six people with chipotle shirts just standing there watching him. One that looked to be a manager, no help given to him- not a good look. Waited 15 minutes for a burrito that was 90% rice and barely a half a scoop of meat. Stay away from this location

  This used to be my favorite spot to go for lunch, but lately the customer service has gone downhill. Please give your cashier ("Rolie"?) a refresher course on how to be friendly. First, there was no hello, no smile, no greeting, then he overcharged me for guac on veggie tacos and seemed upset with me about HIS mistake! Then, after I paid, there was no thank you, he was never friendly, just BLAH!! Finally, I'm glad I checked my bag before walking out, because he forgot my chips. When I told him, he threw the chips, they missed my bag, and then he gave me a rude stare as I walked out. Ugh!!! I hate spending my money at places where the employees treat me like this!!! (ORDER #218, March 6, 2026 at 1:33pm, REPRINT #10119) Sorry, the receipt ink is very light and not clear. This is the Brentwood, CA location on San Vicente across from Sweetgreen.
