- CCconnor38203 days ago2.0This review is for the manager, Shane: 15-20 people in line. 20 minute wait to get burrito even made because there’s one worker on the line. People are stepping out. Shane is checking temps on everything and not lending a hand. Standing in the way. When worker politely asks if there’s anyone else coming in to help he openly scoffs and belittles her “no, it’s the weekend”. This is in full view of customers. After my order I let him know he should be helping her make burritos. That’s what a good manager would do when a coworker is in the weeds. He stared at me blankly, also condescending. To the girl working the line: you’re better than that place. To corporate: You should strive to be better than Shane.

You read that correctly: there was an alive and happy roach moving inside my bowl, minding its own business enjoying the lettuce. P.S. - HHHenryMar 22, 20261.0Visited Chipotle Mexican Grill in Century City Mall on a Saturday evening. No line, but stood at the counter for 5–6 minutes with zero acknowledgment. About 4–5 employees present—two handling online orders, others walking around pretending to be busy. No greeting, no communication at all. Food prep area looked disgusting and unappealing—containers nearly empty, and the remaining food looked oily and not fresh. Everything was so dirty! 🤮 Left and went to CAVA instead, where service was immediate and we weren’t invisible to them! Won’t be returning.
