  I was patiently waiting for the restaurant to open it was already 10:30 and no one had come to the door to open it for customers until an employee came to the door because she had to get in to start her shift. That's when we were let in as we all walk in which was about 8 customers the manager comes from the back and says we had to wait 5 more minutes for them to open. I asked the manager did you say five more minutes, he said yes ma'am. I and a lot of people are pressed for time because I wanted Chipotle for my lunch at work. I couldn't wait 5 more minutes when they had already been 2 minutes late opening the restraunt. There was not one employee at the line to serve customers, they were all still doing prep work and customers were waiting to be served. People who represent a company shouldn't run a restraunt based by their own rules that's why the company hires people to fulfill the restraunt and customers needs. This restraunt didn't demonstrate that today.

  I recently visited this location to take advantage of the Friday the 13th buy-one-get-one promotion. I arrived around 3:45 PM and, as expected, there was a long line. That was totally understandable given how good the deal was, so I had no problem waiting. After standing in line for about 10–15 minutes, a Chipotle employee came up to me and said, “Just so you know, the buy-one-get-one deal stops with that guy right there,” pointing to someone about two people ahead of me. I explained that I had been in line since 3:45 and that the staff had seen me walk in. The employee acknowledged that they had, but said they were running low on food and that by the time I reached the front it would likely be past 4:00 PM, when the promotion ended. This was really frustrating to hear after already waiting in line for so long. At that point, I ended up leaving because I wasn’t able to get the buy-one-get-one deal. I was very disappointed that this wasn’t communicated when I first arrived or while I was initially waiting in line. If they knew the promotion wouldn’t be honored for people further back in line, it would have been helpful to let customers know earlier so we didn’t spend time waiting for something we wouldn’t be able to receive. I come to this Chipotle location very often, which made the experience even more disappointing. There was only one other person behind me in line, so it felt strange that they couldn’t honor the promotion for the two of us who were already there before the cutoff time. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and not what I expected as a regular customer.
