I gave Chipotle three stars not because of the quality of the food. the quality is great. I just remember how it used to be before it got corporately bought Chipotle used to have the most amazing cilantro rice. their beans were Smoky. even their tortillas were a little more chewy and but after the big corporations bought it out. from my understanding is the gut work shocked they brought in a bunch of consumers and asked their opinion and it got made more bland more average they still make everything fresh on site like the guacamole which used to be really vibrant. now it's just guacamole. same with the rice. same with the beans all just pretty average it's healthy. that's the best thing about it but it used to have just spectacular taste. does anybody out there? remember that? I mean ask Ozzy Osbourne, before he passed away, he used to eat there all the time. if you watch the old episodes of The Osbournes he always had a burrito in his hand from Chipotle but when they changed he stopped going like I going to go there that much anymore. but when I want a quick healthy Mexican meal I stop in. one thing else that I like about the place is a limited packaging. they still use paper cartons with aluminum tops compared to lots of plastic paper cups. so I like the how environmental it place is still
I come here about once a week, and every time I visit, the manager and staff—especially the two employees on the left in the photo—are always incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive to customers. Their attitude and service are consistently excellent, and they create a warm, family-like atmosphere. Because of them, I always leave in a good mood, and the food here even tastes better compared to other branches. With the economy being tough these days, it’s truly reassuring to see staff who care so much about their customers. I highly recommend this place.
A nice stop off with friends, this is very quiet, fast service, good food
This review is long over due. Long long long over due. I keep thinking this person will change. That the Managment will see it and I won’t have to drag someone on Google, yet here I am. Writing this review. For the past year I’ve consistently dined in/ picked up food at this location being that I am a health care provider at the hospital next door. Being that I am a health care provider, you could imagine that I would know when someone is disgruntled. At least once a week for the past year I’ve witnessed the attitude and lack of compassion from this one man. This miserable human is named Brandon. I believe somehow he is a manager or supervisor. It is apparent that the higher up’s of this specific Chipotle restaurant do not care for the overall quality of customer experience, whereas if they did, Brandon would not be a manager. At first I thought he was just a disgruntled employee but time and time again for the past year I’ve been proven wrong. I look so little forward into ordering in person here due to the anxiety this persons vibe gives me, that I’ve strictly resorted in ordering online for pick up only. Even at pickup I dread interacting with this employee. All I will say is that if I, a very loyal customer, feel this way, I can only imagine the feelings of other customers NONETHELESS other employees. It is truly beyond me how a person who is apparently this miserable, can be in a place of authority over other employees with this type of behavior, mindset, and attitude. From talking over me as I expressed an initial concern I had, disrespecting another employee verbally in front of me while I was speaking, to texting while I was speaking to him; I am not sure how this person is representing such a “great” brand or how it is made out to be I should say. From this to me screaming over the TRAP MUSIC they ALWAYS have playing here. I’m not sure how this person is able to hold this title, but someone of this stature should be in the back, washing dishes, AWAY from being the face of the business. I bet any of the other people working here, would be far more grateful to have this position than this person. Maybe one of the people I’ve witnessed Brandon belittling; give it to them!
Maybe the general manager just doesn’t know what they are doing.
Something NEEDS TO CHANGE here.
This person is truly a liability to not only customers but to other employees.
I should not be afraid of a low level employee when I have worked my behind off my whole career to get where I am, just to not feel comfortable getting food next door, which is the core reason this location was put here, for traffic from the hospital to have somewhere to eat. If I do not see change, I will keep posting reviews and keep emailing Chipotle Head Offices until someone does something. I’ve given way to much leeway with this person! He needs to go.
