The store is often not clean, especially during peak lunch hours, and they are frequently out of key items like steak. This is not a one-time issue—it has happened repeatedly. It’s frustrating to wait in line only to find out they don’t have what you came for, leaving you with the choice of settling or walking out after wasting time. I even reached out to the store directly to provide feedback and never received a response. At this point, it feels like there is a lack of basic operational standards and customer care. Definitely needs improvement.
