- KKKrissy Kriss4 days ago2.0The food is amazing & well prepared, however, we always encounter an issue with our Ubereats order at this location. We've had orders missing sauces, missing an item or even once a WHOLE combo! It's super inconvenient, but the food is great.
- NCNiki Campbell4 days ago3.0If you go here, they are nice and service is good. Whoever is doing online/uber eats orders always messes it up & is lazy though. They filled my large lemonade halfway which just shows laziness. The seal was still on, so the driver did not drink it. They also ALWAYS forget a lot of the order if it’s a group order not just sauces, whole entrees. It’s happened like almost every time we’ve ordered here on uber eats. Again, not the driver taking it because seal is still on.

When I took my salad out the bag the bottoms of the salads container was completely off and there was MOLD around the rim. It was extremely concerning and disgusting. I called to speak with the manager . She offered a refund for the salad but not much else explanation or accommodation . I couldn't even enjoy the rest of my food because the thought of mold, potentially touching my strips or fries crossed my mind as well. This is very disturbing for me as I frequently go to Chick-fil-A on La Cienega. For mold to grow around, the container means they are serving old food. My entire day is kind of ruined now I am so grossed out.
