- RPRay Pedroza6 days ago2.0This has been the worst experience I've had at any chick fil a. Had to wait about 15 min for my order to be ready AND this store doesn't even have a drive thru AND there werent many people inside. So not sure why it took so long. I thought I should check my order before I left but thought it should be fine. Drove 12 min back to the hotel and my order was wrong. Had to drive back to chick-fil-a and have them correct it. I also ask to have my entire order replaced because now it's been almost 30 min since I left the first time. When I did ask she had a look like I was crazy but she did put in the order. I do travel for work and usually have good service at all the stores I've been to. Hopefully it was an off day for this store and don't have many issues like this.

The trash bins everywhere were overflowing and the floors were dirty with sauce and food at almost every booth and table. The restrooms were a disaster… food and service were great as always, but I won’t be eating at this chicky again unfortunately…:((
