I pick up from this location in the mornings quite often and deliver meals to the satisfaction of their local customers, but no more! Apparently, the proprietor of this location has decided you must be a patron to utilize the restroom. I start my morning shift between your store and McDonald’s next door. Luckily, McDonald’s staff next door is prepared to handle not just food, dining room and delivery service, but they also manage to keep the restroom facilities clean and available for delivery drivers, patrons and even humans walking in who need to use a restroom. It certainly keeps the outdoors from smelling like urine in and around the location. Best not to wait for or pick up orders from this Chick Fil A location UNLESS YOU ARE BUYING SOMETHING since restroom use is barred from anyone not buying anything….and just like that. I walked to McDonalds and was kindly buzzed in and wouldn’t you know, a Chick Fil A order came in. Me being the platinum pro that I am, I’ll still provide exemplary service and hopefully NEVER have to use the bathroom while at the store least I’m reminded how ridiculously lazy of an alternative you’ve chosen to the same issue every fast food restaurant has in LA. Sometimes people have tissue and water parties. Judge accordingly but not your everyday delivery workers that staff become accustomed to. That’s a bit much. And back again….4/1/26 but before I picked up the order I made certain to go to McDonald’s and use the restroom.
