  I won’t be ordering here again sadly. This is the second time I order delivery and the burger is so raw i can hear the patty mooing at me. I’ve order several times before and it’s never been like this. It’s like they fired their chief and hired another chief that does not know how to cook patties properly. I used to really like this place but the quality for the burgers has not been the same. I decided to give them a second chance and it was so raw again I was left so disappointed. I know the ppl there are nice and the atmosphere is cozy but I’m just sharing my recent experience. I ordered it medium and this is how it came out, this is NOT MEDIUM.

  Hey everyone i will like to share that this place is pretty good if you are Not hungry at all... i ordered their sea food plate wich a was especting to be exactly what they show in their pictures but what a sorprise They give you this little tiny baby octopuses how weird... !! Please think about twice before coming in... i was pretty dissapointed i still have nausea. Look at my pics... 😱😱 And last but not least..... there is not parking as you can spect in los angeles !!!

  Caveman kitchen catered a luncheon I hosted for 15 people. The food was awesome and Marcella was super helpful in ordering. Will definitely be coming back

  I would like to express my displeasure regarding a very unpleasant situation I recently experienced at your restaurant—an establishment I have visited for over 14 years and where I place orders practically every day. On this occasion, I was served by a petite Hispanic woman with tattoos near her eyes, who displayed a haughty and inappropriate attitude right from the start. It all began when I politely asked her to identify which of the dishes in my order was the *lomo saltado* with chicken. Her reaction was unnecessarily rude, and she subsequently went so far as to threaten me, stating that next time she would refuse to take my order if I did not agree to have the food labeled. I consider this type of treatment toward a regular customer to be unacceptable. The owner should be more careful about the staff they hire—particularly when it involves individuals in positions of responsibility, such as managers—as attitudes like this can seriously jeopardize the customer base. I would like to emphasize that Ms. Alicia, who works at the register, has always been very polite and professional. I have known her for some time, and her demeanor is completely different—she possesses far better manners than the person who served me on this occasion, who even refused to provide her name. Honestly, I would like to continue returning as I have for years, but experiences like this truly make one lose the desire to do so. I hope this complaint is taken into account and that the necessary measures are taken to improve customer service. Thank you for your attention. Order 20035 Quiero expresar mi molestia por una situación muy desagradable que viví recientemente en su restaurante, el cual he visitado por más de 14 años y donde prácticamente realizo pedidos todos los días. En esta ocasión, fui atendido por una mujer hispana de estatura pequeña, con tatuajes cerca de los ojos, quien mostró una actitud déspota e inapropiada desde el inicio. Todo comenzó cuando le pedí amablemente que me indicara cuál de los platos en mi orden correspondía al lomo saltado de pollo. Su reacción fue innecesariamente grosera, y posteriormente llegó al punto de amenazarme diciendo que la próxima vez no tomaría mi orden si no aceptaba que etiquetaran la comida. Considero inaceptable este tipo de trato hacia un cliente frecuente. El dueño debería ser más cuidadoso con el personal que contrata, especialmente cuando se trata de personas en posiciones de responsabilidad como managers, ya que actitudes como esta pueden afectar seriamente la clientela. Quiero destacar que la señorita Alicia, quien atiende en la caja, siempre ha sido muy educada y profesional. La conozco desde hace tiempo y su trato es completamente diferente, con mucho mejores modales que los de la persona que me atendió en esta ocasión, quien incluso se negó a darme su nombre. Sinceramente, me gustaría seguir regresando como lo he hecho durante años, pero experiencias como esta realmente quitan las ganas. Espero que esta queja sea tomada en cuenta y se tomen las medidas necesarias para mejorar la atención al cliente. Gracias por su atención.

  Don’t have your first date or business meetings there, but if you want to fill up on protein at a low cost this is your spot. We ordered half chicken and a chicken sandwich combo (number 3). Half chicken+ fried fries and salad: It came with 2 pieces of chicken and decent amount of salad for 14$, very good deal. Chicken was tasty, the house avocado sauce was spicy, be careful! Fries were cooked but not crispy, and it needed to be fried a little more and a little more seasoning. Chicken sandwich combo (number 3): pulled chicken with cheese, bacon and lettuce. There was not enough chicken in the sandwich, bacon was just 1 big piece, not crispy. Cozy and super laidback ambience.
