  The food here at cava was fresh and delicious.I was having trouble on picking what to get, i got help from Michelle she was amazing helping me since it was my first time at cava.She was super friendly and fantastic.

  I'm a big fan of cava, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Insanely slow service, staff didn't acknowledge me or the girl next to me for almost 10 minutes. Had an order placed to be ready at 8:15. Didn't get it until 8:36. Pita chips and food are all cold.

  I ordered catering at 5pm the previous day for delivery at 5:15pm the next day. I emailed back within a few min and requested to move the time back to 9:30pm. Catering team cancelled my order without a confirmation email, call or anything. I only found out cuz I called to confirm the time change the next morning. Mgmt kept changing the story as to why it was cancelled, but did confirm that they never issue the refund for my $800 order! When I asked why nobody contacted me, they kept saying “we can just refund you the money”. That’s not a choice! Give me my money or give me my food. Between Diamond and Zack, the story kept changing as to why they cancelled it but kept saying they couldn’t fulfill the order but still no answer as to why they didn’t refund me almost 24 hrs later, or why I never got a refund receipt. It took from 11am-4pm to convince them to give me the food i already paid for. I love their food, but you don’t get to STEAL MY MONEY and make me argue with your staff for 5 hrs about it. Absolute garbage experience.

  What an incredible experience! The whole team was caring and knowledgeable. From the first moment I entered the line Dasha greeted me with an authentic, and enthusiastic smile welcoming me to Cava. Though Ive been here many times, this time felt, different. Jaz followed up by helping me create what I think is the best bowl ever! Millie then finished everything off with a kindness that is nice to see and feel today. I’m really grateful I came in today and cannot WAIT to eat this bowl!

  Dasha and Millie made my experience at CAVA absolutely wonderful! They were both so kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly from the moment I walked in. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Their positive attitudes and great service really stood out and made my visit even better. Thank you both for such a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
