  My company forgot to place a really large order during lunch time and everyone was so helpful to get it out as soon as possible and even gave us a discount, even though it was our fault. Super, super helpful gentleman that helped me (I wish I got his name) but I couldn't recommend this place even more! Please go for delicious food and great service.

  CAVA in Porter Ranch is always a solid choice. The food is fresh, flavorful, and you can really customize your bowl exactly how you want it. Everything tastes clean and high quality. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the place is always kept nice and organized. Perfect spot for a healthy, satisfying meal. Definitely one of my go-to spots in Porter Ranch.

  I’ve been coming to CAVA since they first opened, and the experience has been consistently great every single time. The service is always friendly, fast, and welcoming. The food is fresh, flavorful, and put together with care.

  Dear CAVa Delicious! This was my second CAVA delivery. Once again, I was not disappointed. The lamb salad I had was outstanding... So good I'm going try everything. Highly recommend!!! My third order FROM cava, well, the Door Dash driver I noticed had two stops before he arrived to me. So one of my orders appears to have been tampered. The rice and felafel order. Smh! I tried. Will not order again. Cdh

  The food at CAVA is absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. It’s honestly one of my favorite places to eat, and the quality of the food is the reason I keep coming back. However, during my most recent visit, we had a very disappointing experience with one employee named Allison. She had a noticeable attitude, was very rude, and came across as cold and uninviting. Customer service makes a big difference in the overall experience, and unfortunately her “I don’t care” demeanor made us feel unwelcome. It’s unfortunate because businesses can lose loyal customers due to interactions like this, and ultimately it’s the business owner who suffers when staff treat customers poorly. Great food will bring people in, but good service is what keeps them coming back. I truly hope management addresses this, because the food deserves the same level of excellence as the customer service.
